Looking at an 09 370Z. Will i fit?

Local dealer has an 09 with 11K miles. Black/Black/Auto but a very sweet looking car. I'm 6'6. Will i even be close to fitting? Going to test drive tomorrow and

Black/Black/Auto but a very sweet looking car. I'm 6'6. Will i even be close to fitting? Going to test drive tomorrow and talk numbers. Whats a good price? They want 28K which IMO is way to high.
