My bank was able to get my money back. I would recommend you do the same if you have not received your order. I will not purchase anything from this company again. To all; I would recommend reading the fine print when ordering anything on line. This site actually warns you the order may not be in stock (which is not an issue) but indicates they may be difficult to contact. That is an understatement.
