Unhappy Noise coming from exhaust pipes?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zQHGkucauY0

Guys, I need your expert opinion.

I had rust proofing done at Krown 6 AM in the morning. Drove to work right after they finished. Drove back home around 5 PM (45min drive each way). 2 min away from my place car starts making weird scratchy noise from underneath driver side. Any ideas what it could be?

-HFC gone bad?
-Gasket blown?
-Flex pipes gone bad?

Edit: Fixed

Were you able to check all the connections? It almost sounds like there's a loose nut/bolt.

No I haven't had a chance to get under there. Is this not a common sound for bad hfc?
