I beleive that the first 40 was a stock exhaust...I agree with you though....would have been nice to hear it on a high rev...The sound is alright, but I don't think its worth 5K, unless it could provide tremendous gains in comparisions to other exhausts that sound just as nice or better and are a lot more affordable...
