Can someone tell me why my exhaust cant fit perfectly

I just bought a new exhaust from megan racing. It cant fit, i have to remove my under body brace in order to get it fit. Is it the exhaust

Can someone tell me why my exhaust cant fit perfectly

I just bought a new exhaust from megan racing. It cant fit, i have to remove my under body brace in order to get it fit. Is it the exhaust or the car spec? My car was imported from japan. Thanks
