It's easy to say that one needs to do this and do that to fix it, I fear that the people who really know what the issue may be could too too busy to for input. It seems to me to be a programming issue for emissions, maybe restricted intake flow? I have a liter bike that used to do the same until I bumped the idle up a few hundred rpm and it went away, the fuel flow was too lean and the throttle body was closed too much at idle to respond to a rapid change in throttle. Maybe dirty throttle bodies? Just throwing thoughts out there.
