Gratz on the install, Phelan! and great pics!
I get the pop (more like a gurgle) too. (FI CBE w/stock cats). This happens on deceleration between shifts most noticebly 1st-2nd, 2nd-3rd gears on my car. No idea what it sounds like outside the cabin. I was concerned at first but listened to a video I had of the my stock exhaust and had it then too, although at a lower volume. Just more noticeable on the free flowing exhaust as Tony mentioned. I got used to it.
