Yes, it is the chin that is scraping in the video. As far as ground clearance while lowered, the flanges are the lowest point and the cans being the second lowest. I've had no big problems yet with the exhaust scraping on normal driveways and speed bumps. The scrape you see on the right can was from backing out of a pretty steep driveway. I've talked to Ark about this and they said once the final production comes in the flanges will sit higher than it is right now. Have anymore questions feel free to ask
