confused on the 370z exhaust system

i know that on some cars installing headers makes it louder and raspier. is this true for the 370z? will it be raspy with stillen headers, a fast intentions catback

i know that on some cars installing headers makes it louder and raspier. is this true for the 370z? will it be raspy with stillen headers, a fast intentions catback exhaust with fast intentions hfc? will the fast intentions hfc bolt right up to the stillen headers with out any problems?
