Default Greddy Turbo Ti-C with Invidia Test Pipe~ Should I remove my TP?

Guys, currently running with a Greddy Turbo TI-C CBE with an Invidia Test Pipe. I felt that I lost in torque, rasp increased, overall not comfy with it after I changed the TP. Im thinking of replace back my stock CATs due to the dissatisfaction. Should I do that for performance wise?
