JWT Dual POP-Charger for 2013 370Z

How sensitive is the ECU on the 370Z? Does it respond to micro changes in barometric / altitude, temp and humidity? I have detected some performance variances with weather changes.

How sensitive is the ECU on the 370Z? Does it respond to micro changes in barometric / altitude, temp and humidity? I have detected some performance variances with weather changes.
