I appreciate the help you guys. I know before I bought the exhaust it said "stainless steel", therefore it should NOT rust. But then I saw it and was like,

It probably is just road grime and whatnot. m4a1mustang, that is pretty much what it looks like on my tips. Sorry, and thanks again folks.
