Nice write up! I'll make sure to mention these things when my mechanic installs the cbe and hfcs wednesday

I had a date Saturday for Nissan to put the exhaust on than found out they're charging $275 and they wont put on the HFCs. My mechanic will do them both AND fix all scratches and blemishes in the paint + paint door handles for $150. That made my day haha

Oh, and thanks to TONY..I received my packages yesterday

Just noticed this as my exhaust looks like this too,..but driver side hangs lower than the passenger,...I have to adjust mine as its the only side that scales a little going up my driveway,..

My exhaust is level, it does look weird in the picture but they are level. I had to shim the passenger muffler down with 2 washers to get the tips even.

Do people get exhaust leeks when washers are used as shims?

If you use fennel, you don't notice the leeks so much.

To answer... using washers as shims will not cause exhaust leaks at all.
