the counties of Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun, Prince William, or Stafford
the cities of Alexandria, Fairfax, Falls Church, Manassas or Manassas Park

Well I'm in the clear on that part...hope the city cops don't mind the noise I'll be making because no way am I taking it off.

That's pretty much the whole state of VA you listed there. I've had VA cops cut across 2-3 lanes of traffic just to drive up behind me. I'm down in Manassas right now, I always run into at least 3 cops on a 10 miles stretch on 66. So if I had fumes or anything close to it coming from the exhaust, they would have nailed me already.
