Ive had the CBE and HFC installed for a few days now and I gotta say I LOVE the sound they produce. Cruising around town its truly a mechanical symphony, flooring it conjures the sound of 1000 screaming demons. Videos do not do it justice lol. Props to Tony and FI!!

pictures of the new exhaust, the tips are turning a little yellowish, probably because of the test pipes. :)

Is it normal to have this hissing sound after i let go the gas, it's kinda like a open waste gate sound, or a delayed BOV sound.

I had that sound on my old 350Z when I had Test Pipes and Borla Exhaust only on deceleration at certain RPM's.

Yes it is normal with the HR motor. You hear it mostly because you have straight test pipes on the car. If the stock cats were on the car the sound would be very minimal.

The yellowish tint is mostly due to the heat. It is actually a goldish tint and this is what stainless steel does. The mufflers have so much packing material that the outer Shell will never get hot enough to change color. And obviously the tubing itself will discolor the most because it is the thinnest.

Did I read something about wiping down / cleaning the exhaust after the install to remove all finger prints (so they don't "get burned into the steel")?
