Man this thing sounds down right insane, much like the skyline of old, minus the turbo whoosh. Greatest sound ever, the glory of all sounds EVER!

Cruising on the highway it is almost stock quiet and there is no drone. The only drone sound I heard is when your at the 2.5 to 3k rpm range in too high of a gear for the speed, but nothing to complain about.

I had a grin on my face all the way back to the house. Tony did a great job with the install. Made sure the fitment was perfect. Full of info, and all around great to deal with.

These guys are a hard working bunch, and I highly recommend dealing with them. If anyone is in the LA area and would like to hear how the exhaust sounds before you buy, let me know. I'd love to have an excuse to show it off!

Want to give an update. I just got back from a 4k mile road trip. The exhaust noise is very quite at highway cruising speeds. The slight droning I mentioned when I first had the exhaust installed all but disappeared after hours of highway cruising. Maybe a little if the rpms drop below 2700 in 6th gear, but it's easily solved by downshifting into 5th.

I guess the point is that those of you who might be concerned with annoying your girlfriends or other passengers on long road trips shouldn't worry.

Let's do it! When you call, I will get you set up with the whole deal and when you are ready to drive up from Arizona, I will install everything for you...

Thanks, Tony

Thanks bud, I am glad the system is still running strong for you...

I love it...Thanks Tony

Only trouble I had was with the stupid top stock bolts on the cats....had to grind them off because they wouldn't budge and just stripped, not to mention very hard to reach location. Added about two more hours to my install time.

Those CF cans look really good.

Tony, do the CF cans have more clearance that the stainless? Looks like they do in the above pics but maybe I'm seeing things...

phelan 03-07-2010 03:10 AM

IIRC there's no difference clearance wise between the two options

Cyberium 03-07-2010 05:56 AM

Yeah that clearance looks great. I can't wait until the end of this month when mine arrive.

Just installed the non resonated test pipes, and the 12' resonated exhaust, I was kinda scared to turn the car on, because I was afraid it was going to be insanely loud, but the sound is down right sexy. Very deep sound at the low rpm, and on top, it's a very exotic sound. Very happy with the result. Too bad my girlfriend deleted all my pictures and videos from my camera, can't post any videos at this time. Will post later. Good product Tony.

Thank Kevin!

Enjoy the exhaust and let me know if you need anything else...
