Since OP brought up washer mod, I would just add removal of your air filters plus the 50 cent washer. This will equal to what you want to spent to

Since OP brought up washer mod, I would just add removal of your air filters plus the 50 cent washer. This will equal to what you want to spent to achieve the note of a $400 exhaust. You can also release some air out of your tire to have the lowering spring effect too..
