I can only answer your third question since I have 18" resonators with stock cats (at least for now). I had heard that it wouldn't be much louder than stock. Well, it's a lot louder than stock (not in a bad way either). If I keep it below 3k it's quiet but accelerating above that and it's got a mean growl. See above post of mine. I'll be installing test pipes with my sc kit within a couple of weeks which makes me glad that I have the 18" resonators.
