On the 2009 model we space both tips evenly in fixture during the build process. for the 2010-2013 we space the driver tip in 3/16" during the build process. This ensures the proper fit alignment on the proper years.

Aside of that the exhaust systems are 100% identical from year to year.

So a used system built for an 09 will still fit a 10-13?

Absolutely, just the driver tip would stick out slightly further than the passenger side.
