i think it depends on the fine print of the particular warranty. i know my friend with a hyundai genesis put a aftermarket exhaust on and his warranty is still good.

also i got pulled over the other day for my F.I. exhaust lol dbag cop decided to stop me for having a "modified exhaust" which is illegal in PA. i laughed at him and said "umm is that all? i got things to do."

so for the record the non-res TP and CBE may draw extra po-po attention since the volume is a bit loud and the looks of this sexy exhaust draws em in too lol i wouldnt have any other exhaust though. F.I. all the way
