Looks like the GT-R only got the (small) edge due to how awesomely fast the shifting is on that dual clutch.

I just called and left you a voicemail. My apologies for not chiming in or getting back to you last week. We were back @ ZdayZ in NC. There is no cell reception up there and very little Internet. Because I'm a photographer... May I ask what lens/camera set up this is with? (The color separation is amazing, [color separation isn't a good thing, lol])

it's my first DSLR and i used T4i Canon with Opteka lens

The FI Z was amazing to see at ZdayZ thanks for bring it all the way from Cali :tiphat: Hopefully be able to actually talk to you all next year and shake the man's hand who designed this exhaust.

Also I can't believe somone who will remain nameless won an award for all the wrong reasons. Those of you there no what I am talking about. But the FI Z and Huck held it down for us!

That's the good ole VQ hiss. It definitely seems louder in your videos than I'm used to hearing though. Do you have cats?

Sorry I forgot to mention my setup. I have resonated test pipes along with the 18 inch catback exhaust.

Yep, all I hear is the hiss, which is normal for our cars. I think your exhaust is fine.

False alarm on thinking I had defective resonators. Put the car on the lift and all I was hearing is the normal hiss on decel, just never thought it would be that loud. I don't mind it now that I know it's normal. Now I'm debating if it's worth swapping out my res. test pipes for Fast Intentions long tube headers? Decisions decisions......

Headers will have more volume. Period. Not that it's good/bad, just letting you know to expect it.

You will have some rasp above 5k, but nothing obtrusive. They give it that "raw" feeling like :ohsnap1: this car's got headers. :tup:

The smell won't be any different than RTPs, but there will be a lot more flowing, so there is that to consider..

If you're planning to have a shop install it, or DIY, expect to spend a full day on it labor wise. It's a tight install. Not impossible, just tight. :yum:

Do I need to go out and buy a heat wrap or is that optional?

It sucks mine doesnt get here until june 31st or early august! :( But its the LONGEST ive gone waiting for something to be shipped But i CANT WAIT im pretty sure im gonna be SUPER STOKED when i get my 12" CB resonators with Resonated Test Pipes! :happydance: :driving:

Because the kit is built to fit perfectly from the start. Flex pipes account for inadequacies of designs.
