Ahhhh! I'm order number 1534. Expected arrival date between 12/26 and 1/9. I'm so excited I've already got the installed and tune scheduled at Soho.

Sumo 11-29-2016 08:57 AM

#1543 here... 5 more weeks until my expected ship date! WOOOO!

M2014RN 11-29-2016 11:11 PM

PJ23 and Sumo, you two are going to be amazed at the sound this CBE produces. Exotic!!!

I went with the non-resonated version since this is not my daily driver. My radio has been off the whole time...the sound is so amazing! Like others in previous posts, this is the sound that our cars should have had all along...

Best wishes! You two will most certainly enjoy your purchase decision!!!

I don't know what to tell you bud. After considerable research on this site, I'm still on the fence regarding forced induction - and just how many modifications I will perform on this car. Decisions, decisions.

When I talked to Kevin @ FI about switching to non-res he did note that with the non-res Xpipe, that it will be LOUD with a cat delete. Just something to consider

I myself am going with the Resonated FI HFC's after the TDX comes in :happydance:

Don't go with forced induction! It will eat rear tires, cause a stupid grin on your face and it makes the FI exhaust come really alive. If you do, do it right and don't skip all of the mods needed. I'm going on 3K miles now of the boosted life and it is a BLAST. Nothing like having 305 size rear tires and being easily able to break them loose at 90+mph. Really!

You just can't imagine the transformation that come with the FI exhaust, a super charger and a tune by Seb at SpecialtyZ. Wow, what a car.

I'm going to stick with my Motordyne, but I got to hear a fast intentions 18res setup the other day (stock cats) and it was pure exotic sexiness! almost enough to get me to change. Almost. I love the deep burbliness of the e370 too much to give it up. Cant' wait to hear how it sounds with the SC!! :yum:

Really nice option Tony

Now if the cans could be done also :yum:

littlejuanito 12-15-2016 09:38 PM

Does are real nice. How much are the rear sections?

cooltoy 12-15-2016 11:17 PM

Very nice.

Almost as nice as my slightly gold coloured tips (for some reason, mine where never stainless steel bright and have a slight gold tinge to them).

Karnak 12-16-2016 12:23 AM

Nice!

I sent an email early this morning. I really hope it isn't too late and doesn't push my build time back by a substantial amount! These tips are sweeeet.

Working on it. As a matter of fact, that idea was brought to us by Lance of Next Level Performance.

You are both good to go! We sold another set late last night on a new exhaust order, along with another update this morning. This now leaves 12 sets in stock.

Thanks.

I mentioned it to you guys over a year ago as well :p

Jazza2894 12-16-2016 07:04 PM

Just added these tips to my existing order. Dealing with Kevin is so easy (especially since I'm contacting him from across the world in Australia) I cannot wait.

shadow85 12-17-2016 12:18 AM

Hey fellas, I like the sound and gains but am afraid it may be too loud in cabin. Is there any drone?

And I would like to know what is the stationary noise level in db (A)?

Does it exceed 90 db (A)?

cooltoy 12-17-2016 12:33 AM

18" resonators are just under 90. No drone to speak off. Depends on who you speak to.

Awesome! Thank Kevin for me again. He's answered all my dumb questions and been patient with me through the process. I'm way too excited to get these installed and then tuned by SoHo.

JARblue 12-17-2016 08:47 AM

Seriously? I missed the burnt tips by 2 months? :(

Tony/Kevin, I assume you could exchange my brand new rear section (never installed and one side is even still in the original packaging) for one with burnt tips?

JustAV6 12-17-2016 03:36 PM

#1539 shipped

johncarlopang 12-18-2016 01:17 AM

aww Lord Thank You Fast Intentions! installed CBE non reso + reso TP = heaven downshift :)

You still in time to switch it to a non resonated carbon fiber one. You'll regret you didn't.

I saw this guy's video online (one of us?) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ehQxKYYwGyk and when I saw it I thought to myself...it sure sounds not too loud and maybe even not even enough...my summer fulltime vehicule is a Harley with 2-1 pro pipe so figured I needed Non-resonated to be satisfied...;)...can't wait to have it and even then I'll probably think its not loud enough...:D

I'm mixing with stillen gen 3 intake and berk hfc. The challenge with all these videos online also is that you can never really tell until you get it. This video sounds great to me!

I ordered last night annnnnnndddd these are already gone :ugh2:

SS_Firehawk 12-26-2016 06:34 PM

I put my order in on the 17th and deposit on the 19th, I knew they wouldn't last. I ordered the 12" CBE with CF cans and prismatic tips. Also ordered resonated testpipes to go with the new Z1 headers I bought on black Friday. I was looking around for a pristine used set, but then I saw this ish... I thought to myself "I need that".

PJ23 12-27-2016 03:14 AM

I placed my order on a September 19th and I'm finally in that window listed on the invoice. It probably didn't help that I changed to the Prismatic Tips recently, but man the wait is killing me! Every morning I go to sleep hoping I wake up to an email front Kevin saying they've shipped my exhaust to SoHo!

Hats off to Kevin! He handled all my questions and emails like a champ. Paid t off early and then added the tips afterward, so a lot of different transactions handled flawlessly. I'll be ordering the LTH as soon as I figure out how much the install will cost.

socce 12-29-2016 04:49 PM

I'm wondering how Carbon Fiber looks with prismatic tips ? Trying to decide if I should go with Prismatic or not. Someone is telling me the burnt tip thing is tacky, but I'm thinking they haven't seen quality ones like these.
