I like using the silicone in the bumper/filter area. It helps alleviate any vibration/noise issues. It also fits a bit nicer. The intakes will require the bumper to be removed to install, however you will be able to remove/reinstall with only the top plastics removed. This allows us to eliminate all couplers in the engine bay. The final intakes will not have any welds...all mandrel bent. As far as testing, I am in 100% agreement. I need to get a car in here with the Stillen intakes so I can do some testing between the two. I have one customer who is bringing the car, but he has extensive bolt-on's so I would like to get 1 or 2 other cars for a more thorough test group. In fact, if someone is interested PM me. I can offer a good deal on parts, labor and tuning for the effort.... no charge labor/cost on the intakes/dyno time ![]() ![]() John
