Hallo, I have installed this exhaust and now I would like to buy headers but I dont know If long headers without cats or headers with cats. Antoher question after

GThaus exhaust + headers ?
Hallo,
I have installed this exhaust and now I would like to buy headers but I dont know If long headers without cats or headers with cats. Antoher question after the instal I would have to do ECU reflash? Thanks for willingness Jaro rider from Europe.
