Test Pipes P2a00 CEL help

I've got CNT resonated test pipes installed and I've been throwing the P2a00 CEL but not the P2a03 CEL that test pipes usually throw. Any idea's on cause ? And

Any idea's on cause ? And would it be a problem to drive around without getting it taken care off ?
