I have the g3 intakes its super easy to remove the bumper takes like 2 minutes. The filters get really good airflow where they are and u dont have to worry about hydrolocking. Also the "fiberglass core support" is plastic that u just shave off with like a small hand saw. Super super easy to do. Just make sure u wrap the a/c lines with rubber so the intake on the driver side doesnt cause damage to it. I did it myself in my garage and love them! Power and sound is noticeable! And u only have to worry about messing with the filters every 40 thousand miles or so. And its so easy to take the bumper off. Thats my two cents. Plus the injen ones ive had a friend who his z hydrolocked every time he went over a puddle. So i wouldnt get a cai that puts the filters next to ur wheel wells.

well when you put it that way I guess it doesn't sound too bad. thanks for your input

The stillen site says the intake will fit the Nismo model "with modifications". and then it says that the Nismo instructions are not currently supplied

Anyone know what these "modifications" are?
