It doesn't say whether it is upstream or downstream. The upstream sensor is a wideband O2 and hence costs more, so i would say that this isn't it. I would also stay away from sites like that as they don't list brand names so who knows what crap you get.

When I did my research the rockauto site was the cheapest reputable place I could find.
