I would love to get test pipes but I have to get yearly emissions testing where I live. Plus I am scared of what will happen when the Fuzz smell

I would love to get test pipes but I have to get yearly emissions testing where I live. Plus I am scared of what will happen when the Fuzz smell the fumes and pull me over
BTW I live in the Atlanta area and have asked for input from other Atlanta members about this before but never feel like I have gotten a good answer.
