Takeda short ram intakes? Looking for additional insight.

If you want performance then get a true cold intake. If you want something that looks a ton better than the stock intakes and you're not worried about performance than

If you want performance then get a true cold intake. If you want something that looks a ton better than the stock intakes and you're not worried about performance than the shorties do the trick. I plan on doing FI at some point, so sometime in the future my shorties will go bye bye. They get a lot of comments though at meets.

Thanks dude. I guess I'm really just looking for something with great sound and looks and on the cheaper end (oops I said cheaper) Performance doesn't really bother me as this is my DD and I don't track, meet or race ever. And I don't really want to heavily mod my car and I think I'll just do the shorties cause of looks, sound, and price..

I heard really good things about the K&N typhoons performance wise but heard the takedas sound better... Anyone heard or have experience with either? I wonder out of the three: Typhoons, Takeda, Rc2 which sounds better?!
