thanks, if i put a stillen catback do you recommed me put hfc or test pipes with no cats

Test pipes will give you more power, but they will also be louder and produce a certain odor/smell. If all you care about is power, go with the TPs. Heck, if you want to maxmimize, go with Long Tube Headers with the catback.
