Don't worry about the air tool thing, there's really no way to realistically fit an impact wrench onto any of the tough bolts on our exhaust setup. Except perhaps that top bolt of the 3-bolt cat<->header flange that has to be done with long extensions from the top. I guess someone could try to use an impact + extensions there, but it seems silly as all the extensions will sap the impact effect anyways. A breaker bar is best there (and lots of penetrating oil).

I don't know what others have been charged for installing headers, but I wouldn't be surprised at a high labor bill for that part. It's really a nightmare, and it's a very cramped space to work in.

Tell them to be extra careful with the Upper O2 sensors. They can be very difficult to removely cleanly (again, lots of penetrating oil and soak time helps). They're wideband AFRs that the engine uses to tune itself in realtime, they're not just emissions equipment (like the rear ones in the cats). If you mess one up, expect to wait a week for special dealer ordering and pay $400 each. The actual manufacturer (Denso) has confirmed that they custom made these sensors for Nissan, there is no aftermarket equivalent, and they sell them through nobody but Nissan.

The rest (hfc/catback) is pretty standard and easy.
