Default best mods low RPM and torque gains?

So the more I am on these forums, the more I think I am getting a sense of what is important to me. Low RPM and torque gains seem like they would be felt more in normal driving since we are usually not at very high speeds out here in southern California so I am wondering what mods would be best for those (of course peak power and power in general is not discouraged, but low end power focus would be nice)

I noticed the FI Exhaust has nice gains. Are exhaust gains throughout or mainly peak?

Sorry if I am posting in the wrong section, wasn't sure where this should go.

Maybe a tune focused to bring torque up. Dunno.

I will suggest Motordyne ART pipes which give you more torque than test pipes and HFCs.

Longtube headers and a set of 4.08 gears would be where I'd start.

I have the Motordyne ART pipes with the rest of my car being completely stock and my car picks up quite a bit of torque... or so it feels, it's a lot more jumpy off the line.

Sounds like what I'd like. How much louder did it make your car? ( I don't want too loud)

louder at first until they break in, then not nearly as loud... they sound good though. Remember that they are test pipes though.

M370 also seems to provide some solid mid range torque gains, esp on basically stock or lightly modded cars.

They are quieter than HFC's so they are your BEST choice to keep it quiet and deep. Trust me, I had stock cats, then GTM resonated test pipes and they were way too loud and raspy(also lost a sh!t load of torque), so then I bought Motordyne ART pipes and they are barely louder than the stock cat and soooo much more powerful than the test pipe! Night and day difference.

Out of all the mods on my car, I would say the ART pipes have been my best purchase so far.

From what I am reading the m370 and the ART pipes seem good. Does anyone know how they are together in terms of gains? I know the first mod usually gives the most gains and everything diminishes after that. Also, would these interfere in any way if I wanted to do the Fast Intentions Exhaust in the future or maybe the Stillen g3 intakes?

As long as the ART pipes will bolt up to the stock exhaust (they do), then they should work with ANY exhaust that will bolt up to the stock cats etc. You'll be fine.

If you add G3's (or any other intake for that matter), you really will need a tune since you're a/f ration will be out of wack.
