Default Injen CAI windshield washer tank

Hey all

I just finished installing my Injen intake last night. Everything went well but I just wanted to see what others thought about my findings.

I noticed that there was no hole to put the washer fluid level sensor. it looks like they were going to put a hole but never cut it out? Anyways, I went ahead and drilled a hole and fitted a new sensor I had laying around from my wife's Xterra. It went it with little modification and works great.

Did anyone else do this? If not, do have to deal with the low fluid light?

Nope, I didnt do it. I thought about it, but chose not to. I had no light regarding it, so all is well if you dont. I do however have that sensor plug ziptied somewhere in there doing nothing though

I didn't think to do that during my install and have had no low fluid light. Isn't really a problem as I usually check fluid levels every other fill up.

Sounds good to me!

I can't believe they did not go ahead and cut the hole. It looks like it was in the design?

Are there any issues with this intake that I should keep a look out for?

Thanks in advance

Well, at my next filter cleaning I think I'll drill the hole!

It actually does and it's fu*king annoying!
