right ! it must have something to do with the exhaust. i had a friend here to check this. he is a former mechanic of zakspeed formula one team. i guy who knows a lot about engines. he told me, of course the diameter and the design of exhaust systems causing higher temp and of course a different power output - which is not always higher. a wrong system - design can make your car less powerful. i am really disappointed and thinking to change the exhaust for a different one or go back to oem. |

Just make sure it is 98 octane or higher (RON/ROR/ROZ).

What could be aftermarket exhaust is that O2 sensors are reading values, that is causing ECU is trying to enhance A/F ratio and with more too much fuel or too low could cause this.
Dad had same issue 10 years ago on VQ20ER engine. In 25 000kms were catalytic converter burned also with headers and gaskets ![]() If you come to Czech, let me know if you are interested to make CZ/DE 370Z meeting ![]()
