OBX Y Pipe: Hiss on coast down???

Okay, old Y pipe is back on, and problem solved.

Looks like going from the 3" outlet on the OBX pipe to the 2.5" of the rest of the CBE was causing the hiss.

Weird.

So... yeah, this is going up for sale shortly

Mainly to avoid repairing the cracked Nismo one, which I wound up having done anyway... also, thought it couldn't hurt to try.

Screw it -- I'll cheerfully sacrifice a few whp to not hear that hiss again

The GTM 3" exhaust hisses too. I think it's mostly a result of the VQ harmonincs when paired to a less restrictive exhaust. Some set-ups will hiss more/louder than others, but as soon as you remove or replace the OEM cat's you're going to have some degree of hissing
