I just installed takeda ram air intake on my 09 370z. The kit itself was very easy to install, on both sides, however when i started my car it started

The kit itself was very easy to install, on both sides, however when i started my car it started making a high pitch whistle. The noise is coming form the driver side intake, and it makes the noise even at idle a very loud annoying whistle almost like a dog trainer..... The car operates fine but the noise is driving me f*****g bonkers. any ideas? I have pulled off filter on driver side and placed hand over tube the noise goes away
