I have your set up - I ran non resonated TP's and I did it for one day only.
I have ran resonated TP's and it was better but there was still rasp. The only time I have never had some sort of raspy tinny fart was with the following. TP's with Invidia Gemini ART pipes with stock exhaust HFC with stock exhuast Stock cats with surewin and TSCBE If I were you I would get some ART pipes
