Disconnecting the battery will not clear any SES codes if thats what you're talking about.

I mean once you have uprev the disconnecting of battery wont start the relearning proccess or w.e where the car adjusts the AFR

The tune sets the AFR based on the sensor parameters, the AFR will still shift slightly if the conditions change due to changing equipment. So yes, the car will still adapt a bit but going from stock cat to test pipe a tweak of the tune may be necessary especially if you want to maximize the equipment. Kaizen will give you a discount on a new dyno tune since you already have UpRev, or they might be able to tweak a little bit without using the dyno.
