I like the solenoid feature, but a full dead pipe when it's closed? Ahhhh! I suppose you'll usually only want the additional power of a free flowing exhaust when you're in 'race mode' anyway. But it's going to look strange in chilly weather with vapor only coming from one pipe. I also wonder if the sound could be localized to one side of the car which would also be a negative.
