I have this exact setup Stillen CBE with Berk HFC's. I will say that this setup has rasp but only on a cold startup. You will get a little buzzing

I have this exact setup Stillen CBE with Berk HFC's. I will say that this setup has rasp but only on a cold startup. You will get a little buzzing from the exhaust but nothing unbearable. It goes away rather tho quickly once the car warms up. Once the car is warm I think the exhaust sounds rather clean? I've been really happy witht his setup.
