5Zigen EXM-SP Manifold

I saw these in a SEMA issue of one of the import mags a while back, but I didn't post anything because it was too early to find anything online.

I'm assuming the welds are due to them being titanium and you can't mandrel bend titanuim with those radii due to it's brittlness?? It only says the flanges are stainless, not the tubing. Possibly hence the pricing as well.

I thought that too, but then I re-read the OP and it says the material is stainless

It says the flanges are 'STEEL'.
For material it says 'Stainless Steel'.

Where does it say anything about Titanium being used? Am I missing something?

The high cost is probably due to paying someone to TIG weld all those segments together!

I never said Ti was being used, I said I'd assume it was because as others have menioned there is no point in cutting like that unless A: it's Ti or B: the bends are so tight it could not done on a mandrel bender. That with the wording

makes it a little confusing for me at least. They don't look so extreme that they would need that many welds IMO tho (for S/S). I do agree with you that either way a lot of the cost is the labor....

Maybe the OP can get clarification from 5Zigen.
