911's have this exhaust option in Germany (and probably in the US, too?).
I've driven it there and didn't like it - made the experience feel really fake. Flip the switch and it starts barking. In my mind there is no point. Plus, on the Carrera S it made the exhaust sound like a chain smoker coughing. But, just my five cents. They do work...
