It is basically a test pipe with a hemholz resonator that branches off. It's tuned to help exhaust scavenging as well as smoothing out the exhaust note. With the TDX exhaust, there is zero rasp.

I'm guessing thats similar to what the HKS exhaust does, but at the pipes, not the mufflers... any bonus to the location itself?
