I don't have any ideas yet, do you have any suggestions? I'm thinkin about being a real estate agent on the side, then learning the in's and out's and buyin some investment properties. Not sure how well this will go in today's economy.

not many ways to "flip" property in the present state of the economy unless you can afford to buy a lot now cheap and hold on to it for a few years (or more). the overall economy is pretty tight right now, the people who have money aren't spending it like they were so hard to carve out a piece for yourself unless you already have it
