The OP is being offered an OEM Nismo exhaust. The one for $1300 is the Nismo S-tune, which is different.

How many times does someone need to explain that there are 2 different NISMO exhausts for the Z?

I recently sold my OEM Nismo exhaust for $400. So, $600 including install isn't a terrible deal.

At least 3 more times!

OP, if they give you the warranty with it, let you keep your stock exhaust (keep it to put back on your car if/when you sell it in the future), and it's not damaged. Go for it!

Thanks for clearing that up! The Nismo and Nismo S-Tune are totally different! The price of the Nismo exhaust that you're being offered is as stated before a good deal, though the performance and sound gains are noticeable the cost can be put toward another exhaust with more substantial gains. But if you're looking for a bolt on and play light mod I'd do it, it's a good deal, sounds like being at the right place at the right time Good luck with everything!
