The various atomic clocks around the world serve as the standards by which all other clocks are compared against. Is your watch accurate? Compare it against the atomic clock. There is no equivalent to the atomic clock for dynos. All we can do is disclose what type of dyno our numbers came from when we say our cars made xyz HP/TQ. But we all know if you want "signature" numbers you should find a DynoJet somewhere
