They could have used a torch to blue the metal but I am not sure about the rest. I don't want to buy a fake one. I did ask the seller but they have not answered yet. They sell a lot of stuff so they may not know for sure.

I'm gonna say it's not a real R-Tune, based off this link:

Looks like the legit R-Tune had adjustable tips, and like mentioned, non blue tips.
