Has a small scratch on the bottom which is on the shield and is stictly cosmetic. My price is 500 shipped which is a heck of a deal. Doesn't come with bolts or gaskets but you can reuse the ones from your exhaust. If you would feel more comfortable i can list it through my ebay account (username:400hpmarauder).
