Throttle body relearn

From what i came across i think its the second part of the procedure that the coolant temp has to be below 77°f, after that then the car needs to

From what i came across i think its the second part of the procedure that the coolant temp has to be below 77°f, after that then the car needs to be at normal operating temp to finish the procedure. I could for sure be wrong though. That being said i just wanted to know if i can clean the tb's today then leave it till the morning to do the procedure so i can achieve that below 77°f temp, being that its pretty hot these days
