Yea. Sensor is most likely a goner. Any hard rattling or using power tools on it runs a very good risk of breaking the sensor. Your best course of action is to just get a new sensor to try it out and see if it clears the codes.

Bank 1 sensor 1, this is the passenger front O2 sensor correct? Yea, the demon bolt was a pain to get out from the cat, I remember hammering away on the passenger side Bc it wouldn’t come loose.
